Humility Haven Foundation operates as a structured independent living program — not a landlord-tenant arrangement. Participants are accepted into a program that provides housing, structure, accountability, and support to promote personal and professional growth.

We are committed to providing a safe, structured, and supportive environment designed to help individuals rebuild, stabilize, and transition into independent living with confidence and dignity.

Your Path Through the Program

Apply & Intake
Complete our intake form independently or through your case manager. Referrals from VA, nonprofits, and social workers welcome.

Move In
Review and sign program agreements. Security deposit collected. Access code assigned. Program expectations reviewed together.

Build Stability
Reside in a structured, accountable environment while actively working toward personal goals and long-term independence.

Transition Out
Exit the program with proper notice, fulfilled obligations, and a foundation for long-term independent living.

We proudly serve veterans of all branches who are experiencing housing instability or transitioning out of service, shelters, or other programs. HUD-VASH vouchers accepted. VA referrals are always welcome and we work directly with VA coordinators to facilitate smooth placements.

Adults in Transition
Adults 18+ experiencing housing instability due to reentry, recovery, shelter exits, or other life transitions. We provide the structured environment necessary to stabilize, rebuild, and move toward permanent independent living.

We partner directly with VA clinics, social workers, discharge planners, and community nonprofits across Tallahassee to facilitate smooth, coordinated placements for your clients.
